GROUP TRAINING
Group workouts are a cocktail of semi-personal training, self-improvement, motivation, but also a fun social activity. The training program is progressive, adapted to the season, to the abilities of the participants and personalized advice is given during the lessons. The training sessions include mobility, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, natural and functional movements, stretching and fun exercises in pairs or in groups.
Whether at the gym or at the park, a wide variety of equipment is available, including: kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, swiss balls, rings, bars, etc.
