Mamoun and Maud are a small family who chose to combine their strengths to offer deep, meaningful support to those who need to rebuild a connection with their bodies. It’s the union of two perspectives, multiple areas of expertise, and one shared vision of holistic well-being.
We help you reconnect with your body, so you can listen to yourself in the present moment and respond to your needs for movement, touch, and presence.

Mamoun Bennani
Massage Therapist (RMPQ) and Personal Trainer (NSCA)
Mamoun is, above all, deeply attentive and naturally compassionate. He lets the body and its tensions guide him, always seeking to understand what it’s trying to tell us. His approach is holistic—blending movement, nutrition, and mindset—to help break the patterns that lead to recurring discomfort. Calm and grounded, he enjoys sharing that sense of serenity and supporting each person on their path toward lasting well-being, always with respect for their individual pace.

Maud Verney
Massage Therapist (RMPQ)
Maud brings precision in touch and a deep understanding of the tensions held in the body. She loves building bridges and creating connections, blending science and intuition to help you decode what your body is expressing—with both firmness and sensitivity. Passionate about the link between the physical and the emotional, she sees each person as a unique landscape to explore with care and insight.
