Coaching sessions are a great complement to training and body care services. It's time to bridge the gap between the different aspects of holistic health.  The emphasis is on prevention and healthy lifestyle habits, to act before the disease sets in. installed. Our coaching is based on the Chek Institute's Holistic Lifestyle Coaching.   Through evaluations and recommendations, you will experience work-in/workout, working inside as well as outside. You will discover, among other things, the approach of the "4 doctors" to be visited regularly: Dr. Tranquille, Dr. Food, Dr. Happiness and Dr. Movement. You will go through the 6 fundamentals: breathing, rest, food, hydration, exercise and thoughts. Whether you feel lost or need a little help to go further, coaching adapts to the uniqueness of your journey.
